ANIWELL

Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 16 July 2026

This Refund & Return Policy (this “Policy”) is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service governing all purchases made through getaniwell.com (the “Site”) between Aniwell, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Aniwell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the Customer placing such purchase. By submitting an Order, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Policy.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

For purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below, applying equally to the singular and plural forms of each term:

  1. "Customer," "you," and "your" mean the person placing, or on whose behalf is placed, an Order through the Site.

  2. "Order" means any purchase of a Product through the Site, whether a single transaction or made under a Subscription.

  3. "Product" or "Products" means any pet supplement offered for sale by Aniwell through the Site, together with its packaging.

  4. "Subscription" means a recurring purchase arrangement under which Products are shipped on a periodic basis at a discounted price in exchange for an ongoing purchasing commitment.

  5. "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the jurisdiction of the relevant contracting entity.

  6. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation."

2. Our Commitment to You

Notwithstanding the general restriction on returns in Section 3, Aniwell stands behind every Order. Where an Order arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match what the Customer ordered, Aniwell will provide a replacement or a refund, in accordance with Section 4.

3. Product Returns

Except as provided in Section 4 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders; Non-Delivery), Section 10 (Statutory Rights of EU Consumers), or Section 11 (Statutory Rights of UK Consumers), Aniwell does not accept the return of any Product, whether opened or unopened, and no refund, credit, exchange, or replacement is available for a return submitted outside those provisions.

This reflects the fact that, once a Product leaves Aniwell's control, Aniwell cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or transported, and cannot represent that a returned Product remains fit for use. For this reason, any Product that has been opened, unsealed, or partially or fully consumed is excluded from return, exchange, or refund, for reasons of hygiene and product safety, independent of any other ground addressed elsewhere in this Policy.

A Product should not be shipped to Aniwell without Aniwell's prior written authorization. Aniwell is not obligated to provide a prepaid return label except where a return has been authorized, and a Product shipped without authorization will not be accepted into inventory or refunded; Aniwell assumes no responsibility for the handling or safekeeping of any unauthorized shipment.

Aniwell may, at its discretion, resolve a claim by issuing a refund without requiring the Product to be returned. Any such accommodation is exceptional, evaluated case by case, and does not establish a course of dealing or a precedent for any other Order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders; Non-Delivery

Where a Product arrives damaged, is defective, or does not correspond to the Customer’s Order (each, a "Qualifying Defect"), the Customer must notify Aniwell at help@getaniwell.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, providing the order number and photographic or video evidence sufficient to substantiate the claim. Notice or evidence provided after that period may result in the claim being declined.

Upon verification, Aniwell will, at its election, either (a) ship a replacement Product at no additional cost, or (b) issue a refund for the affected Product. The Customer is not required to return the Product giving rise to the Qualifying Defect and may discard it safely.

Where an Order is confirmed lost in transit, a refund will be issued following completion of a carrier investigation confirming the loss.

Except as provided in Sections 10 and 11, no refund, credit, exchange, or replacement is available on the ground that a Product was not consumed or accepted by the intended animal, that anticipated results were not observed, or that the Customer has otherwise changed their mind following delivery; these matters are addressed further in Section 12 (Disclaimers; No Guarantee of Results).

5. Subscription Orders

5.1 Cancellation

A Customer may cancel a Subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting help@getaniwell.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately as to future billing; however, an Order already charged, already in fulfillment, or already shipped is not subject to cancellation, and no refund is available for such an Order except as otherwise expressly provided in this Policy.

5.2 Cancellation Following the First Order

Subscription pricing is offered in exchange for an ongoing purchasing commitment. Where a Customer cancels having received only the first shipment, the Subscription discount is reversed, and the refund is limited to the amount paid, less the value of that discount, calculated as follows:

Refund = Amount Paid − (One-Time Purchase Price − Subscription Price)

Example: one-time price $40.00; Subscription price $32.00 (a 20% discount); amount paid $32.00. Price difference: $8.00. Refund due: $24.00. The Customer's account may be flagged for review following a cancellation under this Section 5.2.

5.3 Cancellation Following Two or More Orders

Where a Customer cancels having received two or more shipments, the cancellation is given effect without penalty and without adjustment to amounts already paid. No refund is issued for an Order already shipped, and no further Order will be billed.

6. Refused Delivery or Return to Sender

Where a Customer refuses delivery, or an Order is returned to Aniwell by the carrier for a reason within the Customer's control (for example, an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment), the Order is treated as delivered, no refund is issued, and the Customer remains responsible for all related charges. Where an Order is refused or undelivered due to damage in transit, the Customer may submit a claim under Section 4.

7. Refund Processing

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within three (3) to five (5) Business Days of approval. The Customer's card issuer or bank may require additional time to post the refund, and Aniwell is not responsible for that delay.

A refund does not include shipping charges (unless the shipping error was Aniwell's), amounts for opened or used Products, or the discount amount reversed under Section 5.2.

8. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Aniwell may, in its sole discretion, deny a refund or replacement request, suspend or limit a Customer's account, or decline future service, where it reasonably believes a request is fraudulent or abusive based on objective indicators, including where the Customer:

  1. submits multiple refund requests across related or undisclosed accounts;

  2. makes repeated claims of non-delivery;

  3. submits a refund request for an opened or used Product;

  4. subscribes to obtain a discounted first Order and immediately cancels; or

  5. submits recurring "no results" claims without supporting evidence.

Aniwell may require proof of purchase or additional verification before approving a refund or replacement.

9. Chargebacks

The Customer is encouraged to contact Aniwell at help@getaniwell.com to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or other payment dispute, so that Aniwell has a reasonable opportunity to address the issue directly. Nothing in this Policy limits, waives, or is intended to discourage the Customer's right to dispute a charge with their card issuer or payment provider, and Aniwell does not treat the good-faith exercise of that right, by itself, as fraudulent or abusive.

Where Aniwell determines, based on the pattern or circumstances of a dispute, that a chargeback has been filed in bad faith or in connection with conduct described in Section 8, Aniwell reserves the right to respond to the dispute through the applicable card network's process, to submit evidence of the transaction and this Policy, and to take the actions described in Section 8.

10. Statutory Rights of EU Consumers

Where an Order is placed for delivery to an address within the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom, which is addressed separately in Section 11), this Policy is qualified, to the extent of any inconsistency, by the statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as implemented in the relevant Member State.

Such a Customer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason, provided the Product remains unopened and its seal intact; the withdrawal right does not extend to a Product whose seal has been broken following delivery, consistent with the statutory exemption for goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Aniwell within the fourteen (14) day period and return the Product within fourteen (14) days of that notice. Aniwell will reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned Product, using the original method of payment unless the Customer agrees otherwise.

For the fourteen (14) day period described above to apply, Aniwell must provide the Customer, before the Order is placed, with the pre-contract cancellation information and model cancellation form required under Directive 2011/83/EU. Aniwell provides this information as part of the checkout process and order confirmation, and a copy is available on request at help@getaniwell.com. Where that information is not provided, the withdrawal period is extended as provided under the Directive, up to a maximum of twelve (12) months following the initial fourteen (14) day period.

11. Statutory Rights of UK Consumers

Where an Order is placed for delivery to an address within the United Kingdom, the contract of sale is with the UK Entity, and this Policy is qualified, to the extent of any inconsistency, by the statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the UK Entity within the fourteen (14) day period and return the Product within fourteen (14) days of that notice. The UK Entity will reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned Product, using the original method of payment unless the Customer agrees otherwise.

For the fourteen (14) day period described above to apply, the UK Entity must provide the Customer, before the Order is placed, with the pre-contract cancellation information and model cancellation form required under the 2013 Regulations. The UK Entity provides this information as part of the checkout process and order confirmation, and a copy is available on request at help@getaniwell.com. Where that information is not provided, the withdrawal period is extended as provided under the 2013 Regulations, up to a maximum of twelve (12) months following the initial fourteen (14) day period.

This Section 11, and any Order contracted with the UK Entity, is governed by the laws of England and Wales, notwithstanding Section 14 (General Provisions).

12. Disclaimers; No Guarantee of Results

The Products are formulated to support canine health and wellbeing over a sustained period of use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no such claim is made. Individual results depend on factors including the animal's size, breed, age, and consistency of use, and are not guaranteed. Aniwell recommends at least sixty (60) days of continuous use before evaluating results.

Aniwell does not offer a money-back or satisfaction guarantee. Except as expressly set out in Sections 4, 10, and 11, this Policy is the sole statement of the remedies available for the return of, or a refund in respect of, a Product, including where a Product was not accepted by the intended animal, anticipated results were not observed, or the Customer has changed their mind.

13. Limitation of Liability

This Section 13 applies only to claims arising from the refund, return, or cancellation process described in this Policy. It does not apply to, and does not limit, any claim relating to the safety, condition, or quality of a Product, which is addressed under the product warranty and liability provisions of Aniwell's Terms of Service and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aniwell's aggregate liability arising from a refund, return, or cancellation request under this Policy will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Product giving rise to the request. Nothing in this Section excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any statutory right of the Customer described in Section 10 or Section 11.

14. General Provisions

If a provision of this Policy is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Aniwell may amend this Policy at any time; amendments apply to Orders placed on or after the effective date of the amended Policy and do not affect an Order placed before that date.

This Policy, together with Aniwell's Terms of Service (available at https://getaniwell.com/policies/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between the parties regarding returns and refunds. Other general contract matters not addressed in this Policy — including assignment, force majeure, and notices — are governed by the Terms of Service.

Except as provided in Section 11, this Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that this Section does not deprive a Customer who is a consumer of any protection afforded by mandatory law of the Customer's country or state of residence, including the rights described in Sections 10 and 11.
