Beware of Auto-Ship and Their Return Policy

I would strongly caution anyone considering Aniwell against signing up for auto-ship.

My dog passed away, so I attempted to cancel the product. I then discovered that I had apparently been receiving duplicate shipments and being charged for both. I offered to return the two most recent shipments, which were still unopened and in the original mailing packages, and simply asked for a refund.

Aniwell’s response was that they would not accept the return or provide a refund. Their customer service response essentially came across as, "Sorry, but that’s your problem.” They did confirm that I would not receive additional subscription orders or charges.

To make the experience even more disappointing, I never saw any notable improvement in my dog from using the product.

I understand companies have policies, but refusing to accept unopened product for return under these circumstances left a very bad impression. Be extremely careful with auto-ship, watch your shipments and credit card charges closely, and understand their refund policy before ordering.
